After I lost my husband I found the bank difficult to deal with and I did not know how to go about getting my husband’s shares and super out. I was overwhelmed with the information I got until my daughter took me to see Eliana. I found her knowledgeable, sympathetic and informative. It was truly worth visiting her and having her deal with all the process. It gave me peace of mind.
